cool residence was a great choice for our honeymoon. the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. the room had an amazing view of the sunset and the mountains. the location was perfect for experiencing local breakfast places and it was close to the town center for cheaper tours.

I had a fantastic stay at Cool Residence in Phuket. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the town. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. One specific situation that stood out to me was when I rented a motorbike from the hotel and unfortunately got into an accident, damaging the bike. I was relieved to see how professional and understanding the staff were, as I had heard stories of tourists being scammed in similar situations. They handled everything with great professionalism, and I ended up paying a fair price for the damages. I highly recommend Cool Residence for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent service.

We got great value for our money at Cool Residence - Sha Plus. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us plan activities and arrange transportation.

Morning meal could be improved with more variety.

The hotel's location is convenient - close to the old town and accessible to Phi Phi Islands. Its rooms are spacious and clean with a good view of the mountains. The staff is friendly and helpful in arranging bike rentals. Breakfast is average but there are nice places in town to grab coffee and food.

The pool is small and loungers don't get enough sunlight.

I want to say that our stay at this hotel was hugely enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money we received. The hotel offers very reasonable prices, especially considering the basic amenities and facilities provided. The rooms were clean and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, with crisp linen and the rooms looking exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the location in front of a Buddhist cemetery was a unique discovery for us, and we were able to enjoy amazing sunset views from our balcony.
